This is a Realestate Property Listing Web Portal build using Codeigniter 2.1.4, PHP 5 , Mysql , Javascript , Jquery, Json, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap etc. The Portal has mainly 3 types of users that is, Admin, Property Broker and User. User & Property Broker can upload property listing which will be listed on website after admin approval. User can also browse property, and can buy or rent shortlisted property.
